Although I saw the other comment that this shoe runs true to size - that hasn't been our experience. This shoe was a gift for my 9 year old for Christmas. She wears a size 3 and her heel comes off the back of the shoe. She loves them - they seem to be made well and are very soft - I would just recommend a full size larger.
