I live in Florida and I don't have a problem with them being "too warm." I originally bought them due to a terrible rash on my feet and being told by my dermatologist to wear all natural materials. As it turns out, I'm allergic to "shoe glue" rather than the synthetic materials some shoes are made of, so now I have to go looking for even more customized shoes. I do love the sheep fur lining, it makes my feet feel so comfy. And the suede is so soft and pliable. I looked at those sandals many times online and could never tell that there was fur in them, not even when I zoomed in on the picture. It was not until after I had received the sandals that I found a very small icon next to the online picture which said "learn more about the product" that I read the sandals came with a fur lining. Anyone who had never ordered anything from bearpaw before (including me) would never had known that bearpaw products had a fur lining. I would also like to say that even if the fur lining was fake, I was still unhappy. I hope that bearpaw does not harm animals for real fur. I hate fur products by the way, so this isn't the first.
