I am shopping for new slippers because I wear these so often that the fur lining has worn out in the heel area. I do not like to walk around in bare feet or just socks, so everyday when I get home from work I put these on and do all of my evening chores in them and wear them right up until bed time. They have a flexible sole that is perfect for indoor use, but sturdy enough to wear outside if you need to get the mail or something. These slippers are durable and seem to be of very good quality - my pair is not showing any wear or discoloration on the outer suede and fur at all. They are very warm and comfortable, but I only gave 4 stars because, other than the fur lining, there is no cushioning and once the fur in the heel wore out the heel area became pretty uncomfortable unless I have socks on, too.
