I have plantarfasiatis and had numerous food injuiries before so lot of regular tennis shoes I don't find comfortable. These ones I could walk for miles in them without any discomfort. I got the toffee color, so I expect to be able to wear them for at least three seasons. I already had a pair of basic fitflops (the between-the-toe kind) and the tall boots; I love them both, but needed something for those times when neither a tall boot nor a flipflop would work. These sandals have been great for that; they work with pants, shorts, skirts... anything casual.Some reviewers have complained about the length of the strap on these; personally, I don't have a problem with it. For me, the strap had to be on the last hole, at first, but stretched within a couple days to where now I wear it on the last hole with socks and the next-to-last without.
